Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the working relationship between Land Leads Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our") and any client ("you," "your") who engages our lead generation and outreach services. By proceeding with our services — verbally, in writing, or through payment — you agree to the terms outlined below. We've written these to be straightforward. Our goal is a transparent, results-driven relationship with every client we take on.

Section 01

Scope of Services

Land Leads Digital provides AI-powered cold outreach and commercial lead generation for service-based businesses including commercial cleaning, power washing, and window washing companies in New Jersey. Our core service includes:

  • Building a targeted list of commercial prospects (property managers, facility directors, office administrators) relevant to your business
  • Crafting and deploying personalized cold email sequences on your behalf
  • Managing sending infrastructure, domain warmup, and deliverability
  • Notifying you of interested responses and qualified lead opportunities
  • Providing monthly campaign performance reporting

Services outside this scope — including SEO, website development, paid advertising, or social media — are not included unless separately agreed upon in writing.

Section 02

Lead Guarantee & Definition

We guarantee a minimum of 8 qualified leads per calendar month. If we deliver fewer than 8, we issue a credit of $50 per missing lead, applied automatically to your following month's invoice.

For example: if we deliver 6 qualified leads in a month, a $100 credit (2 leads × $50) will be applied to your next invoice automatically — no need to request it. Credits apply to the immediately following month only and are forfeited if you cancel before the next billing cycle. We do not issue cash refunds in lieu of credits.

A qualified lead is a verified commercial prospect who has responded with genuine interest — including a walkthrough request, quote inquiry, or similar indication of openness to a business conversation. A qualified lead does not guarantee a signed contract. Our job is to get you in the room. Closing is on you.

The following do not count as qualified leads:

  • Contacts outside your defined service area or geography
  • Responses requesting services you don't offer
  • Automated or clearly non-human responses
  • Duplicates already in your existing client base
Section 03

Timeline & Onboarding

Upon signing and receipt of your first payment, onboarding begins within 2 business days. Standard timeline:

  • Days 1–3: Discovery, target list building, and messaging development. You approve all outreach copy before anything goes live.
  • Days 3–14: Domain warmup and infrastructure setup. No outreach is sent during this period.
  • Day 14+: Campaigns go live. Leads begin flowing within the first active campaign period.

All timelines assume prompt client participation. Delays caused by client non-response may extend the above schedule.

Section 04

Communication

Your primary contact is Adrian Land, Founder of Land Leads Digital. Direct access — not a ticketing system. You can expect:

  • Response to all inquiries within 1 business day
  • Monthly performance report within the first 5 business days of each new month
  • Immediate notification when a qualified lead is identified
  • Proactive communication if anything in your campaign is underperforming

Section 05

Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly retainer basis, due on the first of each month (or agreed billing date) and processed automatically. Additional services outside the standard scope will be quoted and billed separately before work begins. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 5 business days, services may be paused. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement after two consecutive failed billing cycles.

Section 06

Refund Policy

  • Lead guarantee shortfall: $50 credit per missing lead, applied to next month's invoice automatically. Credits are forfeited upon cancellation.
  • Monthly retainers: Non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun and campaign work has commenced. We do not issue cash refunds in lieu of credits.
  • Pre-campaign cancellation: If you cancel before your first campaign goes live (prior to Day 14), a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Failed delivery: If we cannot deliver the agreed service and cannot remedy the issue in a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full credit may be offered at our discretion.
Section 07

Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 14 days written notice to adrian@landleadsdigital.com. No long-term commitments — we earn your business month to month. Cancellation received after your billing date takes effect at the close of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, false business information, requests to violate CAN-SPAM or applicable law, or abusive conduct toward our team.

Section 08

Asset Ownership

All infrastructure created by Land Leads Digital — sending domains, email accounts, prospect lists, outreach copy, and campaign configurations — remains our property during the engagement. Upon termination:

  • Prospect lists specific to your campaign may be transferred upon request and full payment of any outstanding balance
  • Sending domains and email infrastructure remain with Land Leads Digital
  • Outreach copy written on your behalf may be retained and used by you going forward

You retain full ownership of your business name, branding, and all pre-existing client relationships.

Section 09

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients agree to:

  • Respond to leads promptly — ideally within the same business day
  • Review and approve campaign messaging within 2 business days of submission
  • Provide accurate information about services, service area, and pricing
  • Notify us of any business changes that may affect campaign targeting
  • Conduct all client-facing communication professionally

We get you in the room. How you show up once you're there is on you.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

Land Leads Digital guarantees lead delivery as defined in Section 02. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, contract values, or business growth. Our total liability in any given month shall not exceed the retainer amount paid for that month. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or indirect damages arising from the use or non-use of our services.
